This is an exciting treatise delving into the unknown about the famous metaphysical, irrational and transcendental mathematical concept of Pi.

The authors are both experienced retired Mathematics teachers who reach beyond traditional boundaries in their approach to this fascinating subject.

An introduction by way of a hands-on experiment gives an immediate feel of how tangible our subject is. Some history of Pi is included to demonstrate human interest in our subject over millennia including past giants such as Archimedes, Euler, and Newton.

Acknowledgement of the commonplace decimal formulation of Pi is contrasted with a new presentation by way of identity which does not produce an approximation as in the normal presentation.

An example is given of a metaphysical application whereby a computer app has been generated in the fight against covid. An extension of this app is suggested to cope with Long Covid.

In our imperfect world the idea of perfection is made in parallel with Pi such that other metaphysical elements of our universe may be discovered.
