Mon métier est le développement de logiciels. J'ai découvert ce qui allait devenir l'agilité en 1999 par l'Extreme Programming. C'est une approche du développement qui a fortement fait écho à mon expérience personnelle. Je créais en 2000 la première association agile en France : Extreme Programming France, devenue aujourd'hui Agile France. Cette association avait été créée à Toulouse, terre occitane.

Depuis d'autres approches sont apparues dans le paysage agile français et sont venues compléter ma "boite à outils" agile : Scrum, Lean Software Development, Kanban.

Aujourd'hui, je suis Formateur et Coach agile. De l'équipe à l"organisation, j'accompagne les acteurs du développement sur leur chemin vers l'agilité.
