¿Sabes cómo se aprende a montar en bicicleta cuando eres un niño y luego, años más tarde, eres capaz de subir y pasear? Ese es el músculo de la memoria. Tus músculos recuerdan lo que se supone que deben hacer y cómo deben trabajar juntos para mantenerse sobre la bicicleta y mantenerla en marcha. Nos gusta pensar en los juegos como memoria emocional. Durante el juego cada persona experimenta ciertas emociones que memoriza. Un día, surgirá una situación y esas emociones aparecerán, recordará el juego y sus emociones y será capaz de aplicar las lecciones que aprendió durante el juego.

After working in a range of roles and companies as an agile coach, trainer, and leader, I now focus on helping individuals, either though one on one coaching, or through books and courses that inspire them to grow their agile and leadership skills. I also work part time as an accreditor for ICAgile helping trainers around the world create engaging learning experiences.
