At just 18 years old, I am a passionate young pastry chef from Poland, already
holding professional certifications and specialized training in the art of
confectionery. But my journey began much earlier — long before the diplomas
and courses — in a small kitchen, at the age of just nine.
Back then, my love for baking was sparked by simple boxed mixes from
brands like Dr. Oetker. I still remember the joy of watching a cake rise in the
oven, the smell of chocolate filling the room, and the proud moment of
sharing my first sweet creations with family and friends. What started as a
childhood curiosity quickly grew into a life-shaping passion.
Over the years, I traded boxed mixes for real ingredients, sugar for skill, and
instinct for refined technique. I immersed myself in the world of baking,
learning the science behind perfect textures, the art of flavor balance, and
the beauty of handcrafted desserts. I pursued professional courses, earned
my confectioner's certificate, and dedicated myself to continuous learning —
always striving to bring something new, delicious, and beautiful to the table.
