Michael Rice is the author of the Leanpub book Professional Services: Day 1, Hour 1: An Introduction to Professional Services in Software Companies. In this interview, Leanpub co-founder Len Epp talks with Michael about his background, his first experiences as a software engineer, taking a break to go to law school, working for a big global consultancy, what it's like being a consultant on a new project, his books, and at the end, they talk a little bit about his experience as a self-published author.
